App does not recognized kishi

Kishi is fully charged and plugged into phone. In the app, it says no controller.

    Are you using the Razer Gamepad app instead of the Kishi app? Unfortunately the Gamepad app does not support Kishi, so you have to download the Kishi app from the playstore. https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.razer.mobilegamepad.en

    In the Stadia app I have to use the phone touch screen to navigate and start games. My Kishi doesn't work when navigating inside the actual Stadia app, but then works fine once the game is running. Tutuapp 9apps Showbox
