Blackwidow v3 Pro wireless WiFi problem

I recently bought this keyboard and everything is working fine apart from when I pluged in the USB dongle, I wanted the keyboard to be wireless but whenever I use the dongle my pc doesn't register my WiFi which I use and completely makes the pc unusable, I've tryed using the wire and it works fine but it's just when I use the dongle.
