Can Ornata chroma LED's change without Synapse?

I've recently got a All star bundle and I can't download the Synapse on my device and I wonder if I can change patterns on my Ornata v2 without Synapse.

    Interesting, why Synapse 3 cannot be installed To your question, I am not sure whether the RAZER product LEDs have external control over a third party application. What OS are you using? If it is Windows, try updating your OS version If it is MacOS, cannot help there, Synapse 3 is not compatible with MacOS

    I'm on Mac I tried Synapse 2 but can't download as I sadly have parents permissions on, and so I thought there was another way without synapse but thanks for trying to help.
