Is it really needed for performance and fans? I played 30min of a game in balanced mode, 30 min of the same game with high and boost and 30 min of the same game with synapse off. I didn't see any real difference between the three runs. In fact with synapse off the laptop was about 3-5 degrees cooler.
If I don't care about all the rgb lighting, is there any strong reason to keep it running. I also don't have any other razer products, just the laptop.

in my case, i dont mind the fan sound, i used synapse and boost fans to max, i like to keep it cool to get better performance it was 10 degrees cooler. synapse does make it better, perhaps u install cortex?
Hi everyone, I'm a newbie with RB and I went with a RB15 R09-0409 3070. I felt that when simple web browsing the ºC were quite too high. I installed HWiNFO and eventually the CPU goes up to 80ºC with just chrome browsing. Is it normal?
On the other hand when playing World Of Warcraft it just goes 5ªC higher than with web browsing.
Any thoughts on this? Also I found a little bit of screen bleeding and the trackpad makes a slight noise when just pressing it lightly (not clicking it). Also battery duration is a bit inconsistent.
Should I call the technical support?

do you have extensions installed a lot on ur chrome, or just plain chrome browser with no extension. coz extension can take up lots of RAM usage if u have a lot - like me :D
