Your headset need to be registered with RazerID account if you haven't done it yet.
Adding details, if the date that you bought the headset is passed more than 1 week, you should ask about it to @Dekades by new conversation.
Registering your razer products with your Razer ID should unlock it, generally through Synapse. If that doesn't work let me know. credit to:
