I am scammed by Razer Gold

I joined this Razer gold platform last night, I wanted to reload my wallet, I tired with Paypal, Credit Card and Debit card 4 times. Each time money was deducted from my account but razer gold website showed that transaction failed. I tried to contact with razer gold support, nobody is replying me. I submitted support ticket, still no response from their side. I lost $655 dollars, this is huge amount for me. Then I contacted my banks to revert these transactions, they did it on temporary basis but I can not use my money until my bank completes investigation of this case. Razer Gold is a scam, they take your money gives you nothing and don't even bother to reply.
