I need help buying the item and delivering through ship

Hi i need help from the razer community or any razer experts out there. I'm a Seaman(sailor) currently working at a ship. We we're going to USA and i want to buy a razer headset that it can only be bought at U.S. Is it possible that it can be delivered from the port location that we're going to? Sorry for my bad english
