If you are reading this, you have likely just joined the community here on Razer Insider, so welcome! We are glad you decided to join us. Please make sure to read the Insider House Rules and Posting Guidelines before you go ahead and start posting 😉.

Whether you are a newer or older user, feel free to introduce yourself in this thread, and get comfortable.

I am Brandon (aka @Jenjar) and I come from Canada. I have been a fan of Razer, and have been involved here on Razer Insider for almost 5 years now, all starting with a Razer Deathstalker and Deathadder 2013. Since those basic green backlit products, I have fallen under the Chroma spell, and eat, sleep and breathe Chroma. Earlier this year I was chosen to become a Razer Vanguard, and so far it has been a great experience contributing to this great community!

Outside of Razer, I also have interests in computers as a whole, exploring the great outdoors and of course, playing video games. Currently, my favorite games are CS:GO, GTA V and Battlefield V.

That is all for me, but now I want to hear from you! Feel free to talk about where you are from, your interests, and anything else you want to mention (as long as it is not too personal).

i need help. i have a razer wolverine tournament edition controller and my computer (windows 10) will not recognize it but it DOES recognize my normal xbox one controller. i tried looking for drivers to download but i'm not sure what to do. any help i could get would be much appreciated.

Hello everyone! My name is Alisa and I'm living in Germany.

I am a graphic design student but I love spending my free time playing video games. The Razer products that I currently own are the Kraken X headset, the Abyssus Essential mouse and from tomorrow I'm about to be a proud owner of the Blackwidow keyboard. My setup is currently a work in progress but I love Razer and I'm really excited to expand it.

My favourite games are LoL, the Tomb Raider franchise, as well as all of the AC games, The Witcher series and many more!
I'm Portnoy, I've been PC gaming for years, pretty much all single player games, so I haven't had anything more than the cheapest of peripherals till recently. I have a Deathadder Elite mouse and Cynosa Chroma keyboard--not high end, but, baby steps.

Right now, I feel I don't know the very basics of using this equipment to make it work for me more efficiently, and I have no idea how to get started. It can do so much more than what I've been using. Also, and the more immediate problem: after a long absence I went into Mass Effect Andromeda and found my left click didn't do anything. In-game it's mapped to activate my scanner. Razer Synapse shows left click greyed out, though left click does work on my desktop. How do I not have left click on any mouse?

I'm not sure where to post about these concerns on this forum, nor how to actually post. Are all posts done as replies? If so, the where becomes even more important.

Hey guys my name is Liam, I've been using Razer gear for about 3 years now, I have a Backwidow keyboard with Razer Green Switches, and a Black Mamba TE mouse. I just like gaming and Razer so I thought I'd join Razer Insider

I am William from Singapore. I am currently worked in Singapore. I have a Razer Blade 14 had intermittent battery charging and overheat issue and another Razer Blade Stealth 13 with fan issue (previously spent 1 month to fix screen issue then more issue appear, and their support even lost my original razer box, razer bag and few screws for back panel).

Another point to mention is their support response time. I myself as a service staff did not tolerance any email reply that delay more than 24 hours in my mailbox, even i am not able to settle the address on the spot, i will still try to manage customer expectations or provide alternative solution. Razer support ticket indicated might take more than 72 hours, now is already 1 week and i haven't receive any reply.

Hopefully someone from support team could look into it. I don't mind carry 2 laptops to your Chai Chee lane office but please reply me with RMA asap.:frown_:

Hello all - I am brand new here and am lost as to posting a support question. I have a Core X with an MSI Radeon 5700 connected to a 2018 MacMini via Display port. Under System Information the GPU is seen and defined and the comment it is powered by the "external GPU" the onchip video is also seen. My questions involve making the Radeon card the default GPU instead of having to make that election every time I turn around. Also I get an error message from time to time that says - in effect -" the GPU was disconnected incorrectly. " I am at a total loss on these points and would hope for some forum help

Hi, my name is Kevin. I start my first razer product with razer naga which I still use it till today(occasionally).

My main intension of this posting in the community is I want to know if it's possible to have a Ringfinger rest 3D design that I can get for Razer Basilisk ultimate which is perfect for me at every aspect but the ring finger rest.
