KIYO Camera doesn't work
Last week I purchased a Kiyo webcam, plugged it in and nothing. I tried to contact support via chat a telephone, over, and over, and over, and over...no reply. The camera was an open box purchased on Amazon so since i couldn't get any help from Razer, i sent the camera back as defective. Purchased another one that is new but much more expensive. I just got it. Same problem. I plug it into my USB and the camera LED light does not come on. My computer pings, recognizing something was plugged in, but nothing shows up. I just spent an hour trying to get a chat or telephone session going (again) to no avail. How does one get customer support with this company? Do they just rely on a forum to let others do it? I need this to work.
