hello, sometimes when i m working , my laptop is going to blackscreen for several minutes. after few times is going to light up again but the laptop is very hot and the vent blow like madness.... is someone have a solution for that ? thanks in advance

I know how inconvenient that is! Did you try cleaning the laptop's vent by using a can of compressed air? Also, does the overheating and fan noise happen even on the application that does not use too many resources from your laptop? Please follow the steps/tips from this article. Also, please replicate if the issue happens while the unit is on Windows Safe Mode. I’ll be locking this thread now.
