I bought a Razer gold card from Walmart. I scratched the back not hard. No I didn't scratch off the numbers. The numbers are printed on the card and the scratch off sticker is on the top. So there's really no way to scratch off the numbers. Anyway I was missing the last three numbers of the 5 in the middle. I immediately took a picture of the receipt and card as they have instructed me previously on another card with the same incident. Now my IQ is 120 and I know I'm not dumb but they sent me back a email saying that the card had been redeemed. Logic dictates here that isn't possible because it's missing numbers. So how the hell can a card be redeemed when it's missing numbers you geniuses. This your way of saying that you won't compensate me or at least do some cross reference with the card and give me the missing numbers. I know you keep a log of every card printed. A paper trail or digital doesn't matter. It was Aaron Kumar that said it was redeemed. Nice try buddy you ain't using your brain dude. How do you redeem a card with 3 numbers missing which gives me 999 combination to try. Better yet just admit y'all's mistake that it was a misprint and do the right thing instead of stealing my money.
