Does everyone can help me my razer kraken pro v2 sounds is very bad I can't hear enemy footsteps when I'm playing valorant the sound volume is very low even though I made some adjustments

    How about adjusting the sound setting on your computer? You can check article here from Razer about poor audio troubleshooting.

    I'll try this thank you but i think my headset is fake because my serial number is unknown.

    I'm guessing you did not buy it from the Razer store or its official reseller. If that's the case then I hope the steps given helps. But if you bought it from Razer and it is still within warranty, maybe you can ask them for a replacement
