need help no backlight in my new blackwidow v3 pro wirless
i have been having a problem where there are no back light in my keyboard i do not know what has happen can you pls pls pls help me

+1Tried changing lighting profiles in Synapse (choose some predefined to check if it works), also check if your brightness is above 0%
