I signed up using my facebook account (my fb email address is updated) but in razer gold the authentication is my old email and as far as I know it's been years that I don't have any access on that email address. I already reloaded my razer account but I can't top up because of the authentication.

    As I was saying the 2 step authentication is my old email that I don't have access anymore. I can't change anything because of that.

    Hi @babymitch16, Previously, they doesn't allowed us to change email if you couldn't remember your old email due to some reasons. However, you will need to contact Razer Support to get better advice on this issue.
