I am using my new phone number now but I cannot change my phone number to the new one because I threw away my old number SIM card.What should I do?

Contact your mobile service provider and request a number porting service. This will allow you to transfer your old number to your new SIM card, as long as you have the necessary information, such as your account number, PIN, or password.
