Razer ornata chroma acting weird?

Ok, so today i went to the store, and bought an ornata chroma. My brother has it and he likes it a lot, he has never had any problems with it. But when i tried to play with my new one it worked really weird, i would hold w to walk, and after 5-30 seconds it would stop me, and i had to let go and press it again. The same went for all of the movement keys, wasd. I tried switching around the movement keys, but it did nothing.Same problem. If anyone knows if i have to return it and get anew one, or if this is fixable, feel free to help.
