Hello everyone, I am using Razer Ripsaw HD for streaming, but I am facing with gaming sound. I connect my iphone with hdmi capture card and I plug in my headphones directly to the capture card, but it reduces the percentage of gaming sound. I already increase volume in Razer Synapse to 100, but it is still low in gaming sound. Is there any solution or function? Thank you.

    i m also facing the same problem , when i plugged headset directly to capture card, sound of gameplay is very low . but when i plugged to laptop and select custom audio in streamlabs obs then there is noise with game sound.

    I am having the same problem, and so far they have been no help on their support.
