Good Morning . I bought an essential Kraken headset, it's been a year. and I have a problem with my sound ... I can't hear right footsteps in games, the sound is muffled etc ... Could you teach me how to configure better?

Aber zurück zum Thema. Hast du das Headset mit USB Adapter am PC verbunden oder nur per Klinke?
But back to the subject. Have you connected the headset to USB adapter on the PC or just by jack?
