Razer synapse 2 does not detect mouse and keyboard on iMac

Hi there guys, I got my keyboard and mouse today but the 2.0 synapse which I downloaded does not detect either of them. Anybody has any solution to this please? Thanks a lot Theo

    I have the simplest keyboard (maybe this is why) I just have the CYNOSA LITE and my mouse is DEATHADDER essential.

    I'm having the same issue on my Imac. I downloaded Razer Synapse 2.0 but won't detect keyboard within the program. I can use it fine for everything else. Also need to know how to turn the lights off haha.. Did you work out a fix yet?

    DA Essential & Cynosa Lite are Synapse 3 enabled. They won't appear in older Synapse 2.0 software. Please install Synapse 3: https://www.razer.com/synapse-3
