Sharing my story.


Hello, I would like to talk to some of you peeps that may go through the same thoughts as me, I used to be obese, I weighed 152 at 5'0, I got bullied and harassed a lot which caused me to eat more and more, and I kept gaining weight, but then I made a even worse mistake, Starving myself, I got tired and fed up with my weight, so I starved myself so much to the point of anorexia, Im now still anorexic, I weigh 108, at 5'7, Listen, here is some diet tips if anyone of you want to loose weight, you can still eat the same foods, just do it in moderation, eat atleast 1800-2400 calories a day, and get at least 30 minutes of physical activity 3-4 days out of the week, make sure you use a food journal to write down what you eat, You will loose weight, It will take time, dont expect results immediately, dont listen to what people say about you, you are beautiful, be safe, and be happy, thank you for reading this.

What training program is suitable for weight loss?

Stationery cycling and running works for me.

Others can be different; depending on the person's metabolism and getting the B100d flowing is a question.
