Hi Guys, I have been with Razor for many years now. I am 76 now, but still love the gaming and Razor. Installing a different Windows system the other day, I tried to add the Suround sound and it kept asking for a code which I do not know where it is or what I did with it. I presume I got it with my latest Razor headset . Any ideas what I can do to retrieve . All the best and no problem if you cannot help. ok. Stay safe.

    Hi there, have you registered your product with your Razer ID It usually gets sent your Razer ID in 24 to 48 hours after registering it. If it was already done, you might want to check your older emails. https://www.razer.com/product-registration

    Hi Jakwolf, thank you for getting back to me.To tell you the truth, I think I may have deletted my receipt. I had one Razor headset in 2018. I am not sure if that is the one I have now, as I bought another one. I have the receipt of that one I bought in 2018. I am not sure I even registered it. Hopless, I am. I suppose I could drop them a line and confirm , one way or the other. Anyway, thanks again for the help. All the very best.

    Hi Jakwolf, I stuck another system on my partition and when I signed in and downloaded the drivers etc from Razor, I was able to get suround sound up and running. Thanks again for your help. All the best. Stay safe.
