Would anyone recommend the razer blackwidow lite as a starter keyboard?

Since his laptop broke, my cousin just finished assembling his computer yesterday. He had keyboards from several brands, including Logitech, Hyperx, and others. Because it is from a different brand from the one he often uses, he wanted to purchase a Razer keyboard. He's considering the Black Widow Lite, but what do you suggest?
