I bought my Seiren X a couple years ago and it worked well. Since one year though the cable has a loosen contact, so I have a lot of problems with it.
I tried using different cables but somehow my pc can’t recognize it, even though they also are USB-A to micro USB.
Does anyone else have a solution?

Unfortunately the cables for our mics are anything but standard!
They need to be USB A to Micro USB 2.0 hi speed data transfer cables! Not a hugely known about thing as USB C was just around the corner…
