Hey guys!

I have a few Questions?

* Now that the contest is over what do I do with all the hours my team and I have collected?

* Dose my team get any prizes for there hours spent?

* If we do get prizes when will we get them?

* where is the silver my team and I worked for?
These are all questions I am being asked and I have no clue on what to say to my team for helping me out!
This was all my Idea to join this contest because the way it was worded it sounded like as long as my team and I made the hours we would get a prize of some kind!...

Please some one explain all this too me! I read the rules, and fallowed them to the letter... I read the contest agreement and though I was confused by how the Contest was worded, I did my best to collect the hours needed, wich was 240 I think... I just spent some of my own hours for yet another chance to win silver but at this point I feel like all this is a waste...

I love the Razer products please don't get me wrong here I have the Blackwidow V3 keyboard and its amazing... but now I am started to wonder if setting up my own profile and becoming a member to this Razer contest was even worth it...

About the hours you collected the only thing you can do with them is using them on 'Post season prizes' where you vote on one product. When most people vote for the same the prize pool will be devided on all who voted. The vote costs 20h of gameplay during the season.

You get the prize if you manage to redeem the prize and you get those points immediately.

@Dekades Any idea if the Vote to win for season 5, will be using individual earned hours OR Squad accumulated hours?

For me it always updated 5min but I have seen some with 1 min update

Exactly, I've been keeping track of it and noticed some member's in my squad will randomly be short 2-3minutes, but then end up being 1-2minutes ahead ... kinda buggy

Though, my 1st time actually trying out for this from start until finish, I've noticed the servers or updates to the timers are buggy ... Does the tracker not update every 5mins? or how frequently does it actually update?


For me it always updated 5min but I have seen some with 1 min update

because me and my friends are currently on 100h and we aim for 160h, if i redeem the hours for coins do i get the coins or does the whole team get them?

I totally agree with this. On the first 1 to 2 hrs, my squad is in top 2-4 then suddenly we sink within top 40. I find it weird.

I also notice that my squad has 5 mins interval to sync up the total time. I can see some squad has 1 min internal because I can see they have "XXX hour 1 min"

Anyways, good luck to the winners


I noticed this as well. I think what they're doing is a fun idea but it's hard to want to keep doing it in all honesty with the jankiness to it

I'm not gonna lie, the upper prizes are incredibly frustrating. We actively played games from 5pm to 11pm (completely covering the start time of the earning period) and are actively missing out on the upper prizes because of the time it takes for Cortex to sync our time up. It's hard not to be at least a little agitated when I have to watch every prize slip away while constantly attempting to refresh/redeem.
