I bought razer kraken x two months ago then the size adjustments broke i never dropped or acted roughly with it so I contacted the store i bought it from so that they replace it but they said its my fault so what should i do?
I have a 2 years warranty
( i have those photo of the broken parts its the 2 size adjustment )

And yes, mktigerPL. This type of damage is in our warranty policy's exclusion. There are no guarantees if this will be, and it needs our Support Team's assessment/approval. Please send me a PM including the headset's serial number and a copy of its proof of purchase. Save the file via any online drive account, then paste it into your message. Refrain from posting sensitive/personal details on threads.

As standard, mechanical damage is not subject to complaint. Some stores accept any type of damage, but these are exceptions. Try to contact the RAZER support.
