My razer kraken x broke :(

I bought razer kraken x two months ago then the size adjustments broke i never dropped or acted roughly with it so I contacted the store i bought it from so that they replace it but they said its my fault so what should i do? I have a 2 years warranty ( i have those photo of the broken parts its the 2 size adjustment )

As standard, mechanical damage is not subject to complaint. Some stores accept any type of damage, but these are exceptions. Try to contact the RAZER support.

There are no guarantees if this will be, and it needs our Support Team's assessment/approval. Please send me a PM including the headset's serial number and a copy of its proof of purchase. Save the file via any online drive account, then paste it into your message. Refrain from posting sensitive/personal details on threads.
