Razer Cortex Mobile doesn't seem to be able to Track Today, still having the Full Earned Razer Silver of Yesterday, unable to Earn any Razer Silver Today.

UPDATE: doesn't Track for Friday, working for Saturday, doesn't Track for Sunday again.

UPDATE: doesn't Track for Monday too.

UPDATE: working for Tuesday.

UPDATE: doesn't Track for Wednesday.

i tried to do the Tracking mission as usual when there's Tracking issue, but didn't receive Razer Silver afterward too.

same.. on sunday i was able to clock 100 points, today only 10points for sign in.

Darn thing's not working again today. Doesn't even show my total Silver!

Ditto, at this point I have contacted support and they said the app issues are not part of the Gold/ Silver platform. I cant find a post by a member saying we should forward him the build number of our app etc but I guess that isnt going to do much good since this is a server side issue because it magically works again without us changing anything on our end.

Yep, 8! Out of which, four were worth 50 Silver and the other four, 25 Silver. I raked up a sweet 310 Silver that day, including the 10 for checking in!!

As of yesterday: the 50 ones didn't reset (although still playable), only four 25 Silver ones were available.

As of today: as it's a weekend, the 50 ones reset, and the 25 ones did not.

So now i'm wondering if they're conducting some sort of A/B testing... ¯\\_(ツ)_/¯

Will we ever solve this mystery? Stay tuned girls and boys.....

I think it was probably a bug with their system. I had this before as well when 1 of my games would allow me to claim 50 silver but it would refresh instantly. I got around 500 silver from that game alone over the weekend but ever since that day bugs for me have never been in my favor.

Although, I noticed this week we have a whopping 8 games to score with! The plot thickens...

Your app showed you 8 games to claim from? Mine showed only 4 when the system worked on Tuesday.

It seems to be working every two days sine a week.
It's not so much about the points we've lost but more about the odd feeling of searching for a problem on my phone or my account.

Have you tried contacting support for the problem? I only get a reply saying the app problems arent related to support queries etc.

I want the old Cortex mobile back. The new one looks nice but its clunky on older phones and the tracking games is broken for a few days now with no possible fix/ acknowledgement in sight.

Same thoughs here.

Good suggestion. Will do that now that their cust svc has improved leaps and bounds recently.

Lol, I sent a message through their support channel and they said the Cortex app issues are not part of the Razer gold and silver support team, I mean they could just transfer the request to the specific department cause I chose silver and gold category cause the other ones werent as closely related to my problem.

Yeah, I have tried side loading the previous version of the app but P2P doesnt work on mobile anymore, it wont track/ reset the games.

It seems to be working today.
