2 Step Authentication or OTP Issues

Please Help me resolve my issue with this new razer thingy!! Because of this 2 Step Authentication I can no longer use my remaining mol points because it always asked for an OTP or 2 Step Authentication which I no longer have cause I have resetted my phone recently and lost all the apps in it including the Authenticator App I use. And yes, I already sent a ticket and they're making me wait a long time, I've been waiting for the replies and still nothing, I want the old MOL POINTS back, I don't like this new upgrade! They're service is very slow, I'm kinda in a hurry cause I thought that Razer was getting better but it has gotten worse, That's all I can say, New Upgrade of Razer Sucks!! Sorry to the Admins but honestly I've been struggling this problem for years now, I already created 5 accounts here in razer for the past 2 years now, because of this OTP I keep creating new accounts everytime I reset my phone and now I'm tired of this OTP thingy... Just going to say it!! This new upgrade suck!!

Have you tried to contact Razer Gold and Silver team about this? You can submit a ticket by clicking here.

I understand your frustration with 2-Step Authentication thing as I saw few users sometimes didn't receive or receive the OTP slower than expected. However, the 2-Step Authentication is the level of security raise to prevent any unauthorized transactions.
What I can suggest it that you keep a copy of the backup codes so that you can at least use those codes for 10 times as given in case you reset-ed your phone frequently.

I already contacted them thats what I just mentioned earlier and yes I did save the backup codes, I even screenshotted it and it got deleted... This is the worst!

did you get your authenticators back? My phone just died a while ago too with the backup codes in it, now I cant use the money I just literally added into my account

same to mine, already sent a ticket and i have my codes, but it's already 5 month since i generate the code. it says "10/10 backup code available". and i tried the code that i've got on the past 5 month... and keep saying "invalid code, try again later"
