Hi, I've been trying to use my Back Up Codes for Reloading but it doesn't accept my Back up codes. I haven't use my 10 backup codes and now I'm locked Out of my Account. Please help. I already send a ticket to razer

Hi malboro361,
You’ll have two methods in which you can use 2-Step Authentication to receive the OTP. The first is through your mobile number via SMS and the other through a 3rd Party Authenticator mobile app.

If you have already sent a ticket to Razer Gold Support Team by clicking the link below:
https://gold.razer.com/ticket-inbox/submit . Kindly wait for their reply for them to check the issue with your backup codes and lock out.

Well I have been trying to use the OTP... but I don't receive any sms from NXSMS and I can't access my account because if I use my Backup codes it just says error.

You will have to wait the Razer Gold Support Team reply since you already submitted the ticket to them and request them to reset your OTP.
