I have 75(USD) gold points in my Razer Gold account and I was planning to buy Diablo IV, but I kept on getting an "Error: Wallet Region is not accepted" as seen in the picture below:
I already sent a ticket and email to Razer Gold support but, I haven't received anything from them. Have any of you experienced the same issue? Is there any other way to use this and buy Diablo IV? Thank you.
I’m experiencing the same issue. Had I known that Razer credits are region locked and the game can only be purchased to Asia credits, I would have made better judgement, but they lack infos about these kinds of things ugh.

You can reach out to the razer gold support team by sending a ticket. They changed my wallet region and converted my funds in less than 3 days.
