Hello,
as in topic. I have over 62k silver and wanted to redeem a reward with it. I pick the item I want, choose the address, shipping and payment method. I even loggin to Paypal and finish transaction. Then I get info that:
Razer silver points authorization failed while debiting points.
Then I get email from Paypal that my transaction was not finished.
Anyone got any suggestion what to do?

Also having problems with zsilver reward redeeming. When I pick a reward, confirm my 2FA auth with a phone and click confirm it gets me to razer.com/store.. no email with voucher etc. Tried it via website and phone same stuff happens. Sad part is that part of my zsilvers expires tomorrow

Yeah mine also expire tomorrow

Tried restarting, also different browser, PC and mobile and nothing
Same tried 2 pcs, restart etc. nothing seems to help..

Managed to order, but now its even worse situation ... They took my money for delivery and for that stupid zsilver tax... but zsilver wasnt used, no order confirmation in email, only money is now lost.. Gonna take a fight with support tomorrow morning

I am having the same issue. I opened a ticket 2 days ago, but have not received an reply. Since my points expire tonight, I hope that they will respond soon. At the very least, honor the points and allow me to keep it until the issue is fixed.
Submitted ticket myself, if they wont refund our points.. that gonna suck big time from their part

I also have a similar problem, my points are not taken when trying to redeem and the checkout store seems to get stuck, tried multiple times using various web browsers, money is taken but then refunded

Well just tried to purchase it again and I think it worked. I got an email with order details. Silver has been taken.
Maybe you guys should try now maybe they did something and it started to work properly now.

I just tried it and it went through as well! I recieved an email stating it is processing my order now.

Razer support say they need transaction id to help but there isn't one, it fails at the checkout point just before the shipping section :mad_:

Yes it worked but very flaky website connection
