Can't Topup freefire with razer gold?

I can't topup diamond in freefire with razer gold. I have been facing this problem from like 3-4 days ago. Contacted razer support but they are taking their time fixing this problem maybe. I have attached the error file please look into it. Am i the only one who is facing this problem?

    I'd wait for support response, as they have more detailed view at the transactions, errors etc.
