Country selected during redeeming process changes upon cart buyout

As explained in the title, whenever I try to redeem my silver (I chose France), it redirects me towards the Spanish website of Razer, no matter what I do. I disabled my adblockers/VPN everything is off. Yet I still cannot, for the life of me, finish this order ahah.

Anyone having the same issue? Could I potentitally have a direct chat with a staff member to fix this issue with them?

PS: I tried changing browsers, didn’t do anything.
