I’ve logged a ticket and it has not been tended to, I’m not sure how long more I’ve to wait because the items that i want to buy is on a limited time.

ticket number is 230607-002470 and eth transaction ID is 0xc328a0d6c244bdca44f2122727a3fb8456d9ceb8350c7783e602a3b6d3385103.

updates: beware of using crypto payment with razer, when transaction is already successful they aren’t taking up with their partner which allow them to offer the crypto options for selling razer gold. They are asking me to reach out to my “bank” for further assistance. Transaction on blockchain has already successfully cleared and is publicly shown.

 

 


The link that onlinepayment was redirecting me was also having the status=paid. I really don’t know what they are pulling. For others who are wondering, it was a $50 USD, and they took about 24 hours to basically tell me that I’ve thrown my ETH into someone else’s pocket for nothing.

Upon further looking up, the onlinepayment.com.my is razer merchant services themselves. 🙂 now we should know which wallet I’ve given it to.

 

 


Did you ever get your refund? I had the same issue and I gave them proof that I paid and proof that I never got a refund on the blockchain and they keep trying to close my ticket without paying me or giving me my gold. Honestly I’m starting to thing somebody on the support team is pocketing the crypto for themselves. I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and if you still haven’t gotten your money I’d suggest you do the same. It only takes like two minutes. I figure if enough of us come out and show what’s happening somebody will fix the issue. The Better Business Bureau has a ton of pull as well, so if enough people file complaints about having the same issue, the bureau will launch a more detailed investigation and the higher ups in the company will have to take notice. Btw it’s been 42 days since my purchase date and I haven’t received a refund or the Gold I ordered.


Hey Spokeydokey1, it seems ever since I posted this I am unable to login to my account to reply. As they verified that they have received the crypto as in blockchain, they said they couldn’t do anything but internally they helped to pushed to their refund process team and it managed to process for a refund on 8th June, there will be a different email that was in my junk till the customer service team notified me.

 

The refund process when you get the link processed fairly quickly. However, you’d lose the transaction fee.


Im also having the same issue my transaction is still on pending, what should i do? i already message razer support should i wait for it to be done? or it will never be fixed?.
