Purchased a small Razer Gold digital gift card through Amazon. It was sent within 5 minutes but my friend could nit activate the card. Does anyone know how I can help my friend get this card activated? Does it need a PIN? Can anyone help with a tutorial on how these digital cards work?

For redeem Razer Gold Digital Gift Card, please choose Razer Gold PIN OR Bonus Gold Voucher at https://gold.razer.com/gold/reload.
The PIN should have given to you when you purchased it from authorized seller. Try to check with the seller on what's the process to redeem for the code your purchased from them.
