Hi, I’ve been trying to reload to take advantage of the promo related to DNM Classic and I’ve been receiving a lot of errors and failed transactions.
It seems like Razer Gold is rejecting the transaction even after my bank has confirmed that there are no issues from their end.
Based on my investigation, it happens like this:
- I attempt to reload
- Successfully confirms bank credit card OTP
- Success is received from bank via SMS
- Razer loads the page ‘Failed’
- Verified with the bank that there were no problems
- I saw in other posts that it is Razer’s own anti-fraud system that’s flagging my account
Why am I being tagged like this? I’m literally GIVING YOU MY MONEY!? What the hell is happening (Plus your bot is so useless - it’s clearly for cost cutting measures on support)
