On 24 May 2023, at approximately 12:22:30 IST, I initiated a UPI transaction with the reference number 351011538563 to reload gold in my Razor Gold account. The amount of the transaction was INR 165. However, to my disappointment, the transaction failed to complete successfully.

 

I would like to request your assistance in resolving this matter promptly. Kindly look into the issue and investigate why the transaction failed. It is important to me that the funds are credited to my Razor Gold account as soon as possible.
