First Time Using Razer Gold - Unreal - Lost $250

First experience using Razer Gold. I bought a $250 PIN/code from target.com(3:54pm EST). I Inputted the PIN within 5 minutes of recieving it (3:58pm) but I got the error code "this PIN has already been redeemed". I instantly submitted a ticket showing screenshots with all proof of puchase, time I recieved the email and the error code with the PIN showing. I contact support, only for them to tell me the code was redeemned TWELVE (12) hours(4:59am) after I created a ticket, I kept asking how that would be possible for the error code to show for me, then have the SAME code redeemed 12 hours after my ticket was created. They said my email probably has a cybersecurity issue - which makes zero sense because why wouldn't the code work for me, then work 12 hours later. For them to even look into it - they said I have a police report. They will not investigate without one. I think I would get laughed out of a Police Station if I went there with this. I am sure the Chief of Police would send his top men on it. SO many users with the same exact issue. Why would you even sell these via third party if neither Razer or the third party is responsible? That is not right. ***HAS ANYONE DEALT WITH THIS? - and is there any options for me or recourse. I am beyong frustrated.***
