I wanted to reload my razer gold and now i can't, because the system didnt send me sms OTP. I ran out of backup code also.
I just got the same issue with you, and i hope zMOL team can solve this issue as soon as possible for us... :frown_:

Finally the OTP work for me now, and im going to use authy. never again using sms OTP.

Sooo... what did you think the fastest way solve the problem anyway? I already send 5 tickets for this probs to the Razer CS... but still...

I already sent ticket too but no answer yet, and few hours ago i tried to reload again and suprisingly the OTP working again. So i didn't know if there another way other than waiting reply from CS or a miracle.

Im really miss some of the uncommon content from one of my game that i play because of this OTP issue. Hope for some miracle just came to me and the OPT code back to normal on my account too...

It's been 1 month, i always use backup code per-transaction when its not working.

I just forgot my backup code since its been a while i become MOL Point user, and also i just for make any note for it... what a dumb...
If this is a recurring issue, please PM me with screenshots of the error messages you are getting. For now, you can try to omit any prefix or zeroes to your phone number after the country code.
