forgot my backup codes and want to change the old phone numbers

I want to change the mobile number in it for me to buy in-game purchases. I recently topped up and found out that I need the OTP from my old network but I already lost it. i forgot my backup codes also. Please help because I don’t want it to go to waste. Thanks!
