Hi admin, i really need help.

I was activated the 2step authentication but i was accidentally deleted my google authentication apps, now i cant made any purchase, please help to recover my acc. I try to call customer service for 2 days already, and wait for Live Chat queue 2 days, and already sent a few ticket but still no respond....what should i do now.....
