As for the next 2, could you help me understand what they mean since its not specified.

And last but not least, does the following achievements refresh each week like on 7day basis or they refresh whenever a new feature thread is made, because it says "Visit Feature Threads weekly".
Like to visit treads weekly despite not being new ones or just to watch out for the new threads.
Sorry it's just, English is not my native language so I'm not sure what to make of it.

With the first three achievements, try to contact @Razer.RedPanda or @Razer.Caziel.
For linking RazerID with Twitter - previously it was possible to do it via insider, but it probably changed. Maybe try this page: https://razerid.razer.com/account
With Hoist the Colors - just make a photo of your Chroma setup, and post it on insider (I think, that there was some big topic where users posted their Chroma pics).

Sure, Chroma is Chroma, no matter if it's mouse, or full setyp (mouse, keyboard, headset etc)

So you've tried a code and you cannot use it? I'm not sure how often they are available. I got the code from when they were doing streams with Razer employees on Twitch.
Well, in my country there is only Razer retailers so codes that would work in Razer Store don't work on the retailer ones...sadly
