So I ordered my Razer Kaira Pro for Xbox series X in the November of last year from Amazon. Haven’t even had it a year and the headphone speakers have gone totally bust. I’ve tried absolutely everything to resolve this but to no avail. I’ve been in circles on the Razer website but I haven’t had any luck. I’m pretty poor so I can’t just buy a replacement at the drop of a hat so I’m looking to claim my warranty which in the manual for the headset itself says is 2 years long. Please somebody help me out, playing games is my escape and it’s not half as fun without a headset
