How does Razer Silver redeem work?

I'm kinda new to Razer stuff and Razer Silver in particular. The thing is I don't know how it works. I've already read that you redeem the coins on its website and they give you a code which can be redeemed on the main website. I have some questions about this:

• Where do I have to put the code?
• Is the code a discount or the actual product?
• Do I have to pay shipment costs?
• How long does it take to arrive? (I think it depends, I live in Europe)

Please make sure your region is available for shipping at https://www.razer.com/choose-country-region before redeeming anything from Razer Silver Redemption. 2. Depending on what you had redeemed from Razer Silver Redemption. RazerStore.com Code = This will reduce the price depending on the value of the code. Hardware Code = This will give the turn the product price into 0 ? 3. Yes. You will have to pay shipment cost. Shipping, tax and handling charges by Razer.com will apply. 4. Not available to provide this information as delivery might be delayed due to many factors.

How long does it take to arrive? (I think it depends, I live in Europe)

For me (2 different packages, delivered to Europe, Poland) it took 4-5 business days (standard shippment, there is express shipping available too). Of course it depends on the country you're living.

Additional note, before you redeem for a Physical RAZER item, double check that both gold.razer.com and razer.com have the item in stock in your country / continent. We have seen cases, where Insiders redeemed zSilvers for an out of stock item, RAZER zGold & zSilver department will not refund your zSilvers.
