I mistakenly scratched some part of my razergold giftcard pin, I have submitted a ticket for days, there has been no reply.. someone should help, I can't redeem my giftcard,I have my receipt and the card but I can't redeem my card without the complete pin code

Since you’ve already contacted Razer Gold Support - you can only wait for their reply. Sometimes it’ll take more time, due to many cases.
Be aware, that some people want to impersonate official Razer Gold Support, so please do not contact/reply to people, that doesn’t have Official Razer Staff or Razer Support badge on Insider. Also be aware, that gold.razer.com is the only way to contact Support, Razer never send email from gmail.com or outlook.com domain.
