I cant claim my razer gold pin "Failed to reload"

About 12 hours ago I bought a razer gold code and since I bought it I have not been able to claim it because every time I try I get an error that says "Failed to reload" I have tried some possible solutions to the problem but none have worked for me, I would appreciate any help..
