Hi probay,
Please try performing the transaction again later or at a different location or contact your telco provider and check your connections. I also suggest that you may generate, keep a copy and use the backup codes OR use 3rd Party Authenticator mobile app, if you frequently facing SMS OTP arrived late and has expired or never received it at all.
You’ll have two methods in which you can use 2-Step Authentication to receive the OTP. The first is through your mobile number via SMS and the other through a 3rd Party Authenticator mobile app.
If you're also facing issues to access the backup code page or to setup the 3rd Party Authenticator mobile app as it required the SMS OTP, kindly submit a ticket to Razer Gold Support Team by clicking the link below:
