Hello, I need your help. I changed my phone number and forgot that my account was linked to the old one. Yesterday I recharged 30 dollars, but now I can no longer use the account because I no longer have access to the phone number connected to it.

My transaction number is: 012KCJ2P5JXL481CEE5E

I would also like to update my phone number on the account.
