i dont receive the sms verification code at all

I was trying to buy some mobile legend diamonds everything went smooth until they asked me for my verification code sent to my phone number but unfortunately no code was send to me and i tried multiple times and it still didnt work can u please reply to my message and help me resolve this as soon as possible as i really needed it  and also help me off my 2fa
