Dear Customer Service,

I have two Nintendo orders paid in HKD, which have been processed and the payment has been deducted from my account. However, I have not received the corresponding redemption codes yet.

Please kindly check my orders and assist in sending the redemption codes to me as soon as possible.

For Razer Gold transaction issue. I suggest that you submit a Ticket or chat with customer service via Live Chat by clicking the green chat button at the bottom right to get this sorted out in real-time.
